A new heart-pounding dance fitness class has hit the Queen City and it’s like nothing you’ve ever experienced! Dance Trance is a dance fitness program that uses choreographed routines to current radio hits to give you an amazing work-out! The routines are influenced by a wide variety of dance styles – ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, hip hop and Latin – to give you a unique dance fitness experience. There really is something in every class for everyone. No dance experience necessary. Dance Trance was created to give students a hard-core fitness work-out while dancing and having a good time, in a party-like atmosphere.
