In the true Italian tradition, seasonality and locally sourced ingredients are the foundation of our menu. Hillside Farm (Est. 1881) in Truro, MA grows heritage breed pork and birds for us. We use organic N.E. grown polenta from Dexter Grist (Est. 1664), a water powered mill in Sandwich, MA. Nestwood Farms also in Truro supplies our produce. Our seafood is pulled by locals from the waters you see from our porch. Outermost Honey provides us honey from bees buzzing in the many beautiful gardens of Provincetown. Our menu and attention to detail create a truly enjoyable dining experience. We are blessed to have such a wonderful palate to work with and thankful to all that have a hand in it.
