Our dough is made in-house daily using all natural "00" flour imported from italy. We use a sourdough starter that allows our dough to rise slowly and grain flavor over 48 hours. Our pizzas are fired in a custom built wood-fried oven from Naples, Italy that reaches 900 degrees and cooks our pizza in 90 seconds or less for a delicate and light, slightly charred dough
