This Cycling Training Session is 45 minutes. This includes 10 minute warmup and 5 minute cool down and stretch. Sessions are designed with a specific plan and training objective, making sure you get the best, most efficient and effective workout. Our virtual reality and interactive displays will keep you engaged and focused throughout the session. We use power (watts) and heart rate training amongst our specialized techniques. Heart rate monitors are encourage and are at the front desk to check out.
