Gently simmered chicken on the bone, slow cooked with potatoes, onions, garlic and a bay leaf in a hearty wine splashed tomato based sauce.

Pan fried shredded steak flavored with mojo and slightly caramelized translucent onions.

Boliche Asado Estilo Eloisa

Slowly roasted and tender eye-of-round, draped in a savory gravy of its own drippings, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and garlic.

Bistec Palomilla

Finely marinated and thinly sliced top sirloin, flame grilled and blanketed with minced onions and parsley.

Bistec Empanizado

Cracker crumb crusted, thinly sliced top sirloin, seasoned with adobo and gently pan fried.

Churrasco a la Brasa

An adopted Argentinian flank steak, flame grilled, and served with a house made chimichurri sauce (a rustic blend of olive oil, parsley, vinegar, garlic, onions, green peppers and unique herbs).

Filete de Pescado a la Varadero

Reminiscent of a dinner on the famed Cuban beach of Varadero. A filet of fresh Snapper relaxes on a bed of sliced sweet plantains, topped by thinly sliced onions, green and red peppers, zucchini and carrots, flavored with garlic, then doused with a dash of Pernod, wrapped, baked and steamed gently in foil.

Fresh shrimp sautéed in a garlic-infused wine sauce bejewel a rich golden crown of saffron rice.

Skewered juicy shrimp grilled with a garlic-rosemary marinade.
