Classes
Private Yoga Instruction
Instruction for individuals or small groups is effective for yoga students of all levels. Private Yoga instruction is the perfect setting for personalized and focused training in Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow or Restorative Yoga. With patient and guided instruction Private Yoga class will quickly improve any student's confidence, technique, and overall skill level.
Beginners
Learning the basic yoga asanas (poses) and basic breath work. Attendees can be raw beginners willing to start a yoga practice or those who want an easy basic yoga class.
Chair & Senior Yoga Class
Movement and deep stretching. This class is designed for those you would like to experience the benefits of yoga but may have trouble with kneeling, transitioning from floor to standing, or standing for long periods of time. You will have the option to stay in the chair or go from chair to mat as you feel comfortable. A type of yoga that is done in a safe and gentle way.
Core Vinyasa
Core Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling, with a specific emphasis on strengthening the "Core" of the body.
Core Yoga Fusion
Fast pace, vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga with alignment principles.
Hatha Blend
A creative blend of Anusara & Yin based Yoga. These are two disciplines which heighten and define the practitioner's alignment, self-awareness and depth of flexibility. The practice is great on its own or as an addition to any type of workout routine as it leaves you feeling centered, calm and glowing.
Hatha Flow
The basis of all yoga styles, Hatha Yoga combines mental focus and conscious breathing techniques to build a foundation of personal strength and flexibility. Awareness, balance, and relaxation are developed through patient and guided practices of alignment and mental focus. We will use a combination of flow, strength-building asana and focused stretches for an invigorating practice. This class will be designed for levels 2 and 3, but all poses can be modified for the individual.
Hatha Yoga

Morning Meditation for Community
This early morning Shamata Meditation class will include light stretching, Pranayama or breathing practices, and a 10-20 minuted seated, guided meditation. As a community we will begin our day mindfully, setting the highest first as we welcome practitioners from all levels, including participants new to the practice of meditation.
Power Hour Yoga
Power Hour yoga classes are up-tempo, energizing, and fun classes. This class is both aerobic and challenging, and incorporates both basic and intermediate postures which include inversions and balancing postures, building into a strong vinyasa sequence (movement linked with the breath) and ending in relaxation. This class is for all levels as variations will be provided so that you can work at a level that suits you best. Come join us for this powerful practice!
Restorative Yoga
Deep relaxation and rejuvenation gently opens the body and mind to new possibilities. Through the use of supports provided by blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps traditional yoga poses are modified. Poses are held for 3-30 minutes, encouraging deep relaxation and healing. Please bring an eye cover. (eye pillow or wash cloth etc.) Paula Edwards has been a certified yoga instructor for over 15 – years and is trained and experienced in hatha yoga (poses, stretches, and movement), but also places a special emphasis on restorative yoga. Paula has found the practice of supported, resting stretches and postures rejuvenates the body and re-invigorates her students. You will be pleasantly surprised by your results in her yoga sessions.
