When it comes to experiencing high intensity workouts focused on total body performance, CrossFit is above the rest. CrossFit Templum's focus is to optimize your fitness level through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities. We have identified 10 major areas of fitness to help achieve that goal. They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. These are also know as the 10 general physical skills for physical preparedness(GPP). With that being said the second most unique aspect of CrossFit is the family community that arises when training with a group in this manner. Our family-friendly atmosphere is perfect for individuals of all ages, walks of life, and athletic backgrounds. We keep our programs exciting and challenging.

It's not just one trainer telling you to work a little harder while you're at the gym or a buddy spotting you for the last few reps. Foundations Classes Join NOW
All foundation classes includes a CrossFit Templum T-Shirt and WOD journal.
General Foundations Class
The goal of this three day class is to build a healthy foundation for your continued CrossFit workouts. The class will teach you foundational movements, mobility stretches, rules of the box, and introduce all needed terminology. It is required for all new members and starts on the first Monday of each month.

If you have a busy schedule and don't think you can make the group foundations class dates and times, you can schedule two private sessions with one of our coaches that will count as your required foundations class.

Plano CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids 5-18 years of age and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained fitness professionals.
