For everyone who has completed an initial consult and fitness assessment, our Beginners Class is designed to make you stronger and more metabolically fit by scaling the workouts to your ability. We focus on safety first, with proper technique, meaning we will never have you do anything you are unable to do. In building a strong foundation, we can then increase your capacity over time. There's no need to worry about not knowing what to do, nor feeling you can't keep up. Your intensity level at where you begin is the perfect starting point. This intensity will provide you with the challenge your body needs to start improving your fitness level!.
