Fundamentals
$150 - covers your first two weeks
It includes 4 one on one sessions and unlimited group sessions during that period. Free if 12 month membership is paid up front
$25 cancellation charge if under 24 hours
Fundamentals cover all the movements you will see on a daily basis in the group classes
During these classes we cover the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Kipping Pull-Up, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Box Jump, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean, Kettlebell Swing, Wall Balls, and many other movements

CrossFit
CrossFit is the newest and fastest growing program in sport performance training and the core of what we do. The CrossFit Lumberyard curriculum focuses on functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different load capacities and time requirements
Barbell & Weightlifting Class
At the Lumberyard we value all elements of fitness. The Barbell & Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the two Olympic lifts "Snatch" and "Clean and Jerk." Improving these two full-body movements aides in developing a better awareness of the body while improving flexibility and strength at the same time. This is a progressive fundamental class emphasizing technique and form for novice to advanced weightlifters
Skills Class
This is an opportunity for athletes at any level to work on specific movements related to the sport of CrossFit. This includes gymnastic progressions and high volume, low weight barbell complexes. Programming is different and varies from the normal workout of the day

HIIT Bootcamps
Exclusive to CFCH, HIITâ„¢ is a high energy 45-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high interval weight training.
