With the help of an experienced instructor, you'll learn the striking techniques of Muay Thai, along with footwork, fitness and conditioning. At first you'll start slow, but once you're comfortable with the moves, you'll be able to try them at increased speed with some live sparring. Muay Thai is a great way to not only get in shape and learn a new skill, but also to develop self-respect and self-discipline. You'll set goals and then work your rump off to meet them, and that will leave you with a feeling of confidence and self-assurance that will stay with you in your everyday life!
