CHEF LYONS AND NEIL ALSO INVENTED SEVEN CRAB CAKE VARIATIONS – THE SMOKEHOUSE, THE BLACKENED, THE MEXICAN, THE HAWAIIAN, THE CRUISE MISSILE, THE CARIBBEAN JERK AND THE ITALIAN CRAB CAKE.
ARMED WITH THEIR SPECIALTY CRAB CAKES – TOM AND NEIL BEGAN A YEAR LONG TOUR OF RADIO AND TV STATIONS. THE ON-AIR CELEBRITIES WOULD SAMPLE THE CRAB CAKES LIVE AND SHARE THEM WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THEIR BROADCAST TEAM.
