Automated External Defibrillation (AED) course builds on the skills learned in the Primary Care (CPR) course to teach the proper AED use. This life saving device can increase a patient's chance of survival from a cardiac arrest by fifty percent.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Class
The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.
Infant CPR Training
This course teaches people how to respond to life-threatening emergencies where CPR is necessary for Infants. We also cover choking, both conscious and unconscious. Infants are less than 1 years old. The training you receive in this class is the same as the certification class.
CPR + AED Professional
To train professional-level rescuers to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over. This is equivalent to the American Heart Association - BLS for Healthcare Providers course.
CPR + AED + First Aid
The purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and frst aid emergencies.
