About Us
On August 2, 1999, Coyote Flaco opened its doors. Alcibiades & Esperanza Cabrera had two goals for their restaurant: Offer great food and great service. Fourteen years later, the restaurant is still going strong. We would like to thank our customers who have supported us through these years.
