High Fitness
High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness moves. It combines fun (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with intensity (intervals, plyometrics, and cardio) with consistency (each song has specific, simple moves taught the same by all instructors) Together, they make a recipe for success, repeat participation, and results. High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There's no better way to describe it than "Body Sculpting Fun."

Silver Stamina
Stamina is a standing group class (chair is optional). Silver stamina is cardio class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and capacity as well as agility, balance, and coordination.
Water Exercise
Water Ex is 60 minutes of low-impact movements, using water for resistance. Water Ex is perfect for new exercisers and conditioned athletes, as well as those looking to keep training while giving their joints a much needed break. The pool is for more than swimming laps. The pool is a place full of friends, all working out to great music and an energetic Instructor. The pool could be the place where you burn fat, gain strength and flexibility, recover from injury. It could be where you have fun exercising. Participants do not need to be practiced swimmers.
Yoga
A mixed-level yoga class suitable for most levels of fitness. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just interested in seeing what the hype is about, you'll fit right in to Mixed Level Yoga. The classes are structured to build heat within your body while working through classic asanas and breathing techniques to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Our multidimensional approach will make you stronger on the outside and calmer on the inside. Intensity can vary by instructor.
Club Dance
Club Dance is the most fun you've had in a gym. You want to enjoy your workout. Club Dance is a hip hop and pop music dance workout that feels more like a party than an exercise class. Club Dance is our answer to the misconception that you can't have fun and work out. Listen to your favorite songs on the radio then dance away the calories to those same popular hits. In Club Dance, you'll work out to Top 40 songs of every era of pop and hip hop. You'll hear songs that you know and love, songs that we know you'll love dancing to. Group Swim Lessons
Courthouse Swim has been the longtime leader in the area's youth swim development. As the only Swim America club in the region and the only program running full-hour lessons, swimmers develop faster and stronger than many other programs. With only one session per week, a 6 to 1 instructor to student ration, multiple locations, and convenient month-to-month lessons, our program is designed with the busy family in mind.

Courthouse Parties provide an enjoyable event for a birthday or team party, corporate team-building, or a larger-scale event such as a Graduation Party. With competitive pricing, friendly staff, and four Salem-Keizer party locations to serve you, Courthouse is the place to be for your next event or party. If you're looking to make a splash, we offer indoor pools at our Battle Creek location and outdoor pools at the West and Keizer clubs. If a land-based party is more your style, we offer bounce house parties, and Club Dance options. Each location has a clean and bright space to entertain your guests and a variety of amenities designed to make your party planning easy and stress-free.

How do I book a party?
Fill out the THIS form and our Event Coordinator will reach out to finalize your reservation and answer any questions you may have.
Does Courthouse provide catering for my event?
Courthouse does not provide catering at events. Guests are allowed to bring in food and drink or have it delivered.
What equipment will you provide for my event?
We provide tables, chairs, linens, and garbage cans. We would also be happy to plug your smartphone or tablet into our stereo if you have a special playlist you'd like to use!
Can facilities be rented After-Hours?
Yes, our facilities are available for after-hours and even all night grad parties!
What services will staff provide during my party?
Our staff is dedicated to ensuring your party is a success! This means that we will arrive approximately one hour prior to the party's start time to set up tables, chairs, and our equipment. During your party, our staff will interact with attendees. At the conclusion of your party, our staff will assist as you remove your decorations and equipment.
How early can I arrive to set up for my event?
Party Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to party time to set up their decorations, food, and drinks.
Do you interact with my children?
Of course! During your party, our primary goal is to make sure your guests are safe,happy, and have a great time!
Is there a specific schedule we will need to comply with during our party?
While we are happy to offer suggestions on the party timeline, our staff is able to facilitate your event according to your specifications. Some limitations do apply.
Do you provide a sound system?
A sound system and microphone are not provided, but we can connect your smartphone (with your choice of playlist) to our stereo system or play a CD of your choice.
Are there any decorations that are NOT allowed?
We do not allow helium balloons, confetti, glitter, glass, or items that require excessive clean up (i.e. powders, beads, paint, etc.) in our facility.
Am I allowed to bring alcohol into the club?
Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval and has additional requirements.
What amenities are provided with a pool party?
All party guests have the use of the men and women's locker rooms. Lifeguards are available for an additional cost. Please note that we do not provide towels.
