You will find it pretty easy to keep that six foot bubble around yourself while you workout. We are doing our part to follow the guidelines laid out by the Marion and Polk County Health Department. Members are not required to wear masks while in the club.
Your Account is Active and You Should Expect Normal Billing for June (Including Training)
unless you have made prior arrangements to freeze your account for medical reasons.

Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Group Centergy
Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. Redefine your self.
R30
R30® will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It's a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. Everyone finishes first!
Yoga
A mixed-level yoga class suitable for most levels of fitness. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just interested in seeing what the hype is about, you'll fit right in to Mixed Level Yoga. The classes are structured to build heat within your body while working through classic asanas and breathing techniques to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Our multidimensional approach will make you stronger on the outside and calmer on the inside. Intensity can vary by instructor.
Pilates
The mat workout follows the order of exercises Joseph Pilates created on the floor for his clients. It appropriately warms up the body, challenges and cools the body down. The mat workout strengthens and stretches the torso, arms and legs and can be safely taught at a foundation/beginner level and progressed to challenge the elite athlete. It is designed to create a strong connection to the abdominals as well as strengthen and stretch the entire body.
Silver Stamina
Stamina is a standing group class (chair is optional). Silver stamina is cardio class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and capacity as well as agility, balance, and coordination.
Water Exercise
Water Ex is 60 minutes of low-impact movements, using water for resistance. Water Ex is perfect for new exercisers and conditioned athletes, as well as those looking to keep training while giving their joints a much needed break. The pool is for more than swimming laps. The pool is a place full of friends, all working out to great music and an energetic Instructor. The pool could be the place where you burn fat, gain strength and flexibility, recover from injury. It could be where you have fun exercising. Participants do not need to be practiced swimmers.
Group Swim Lessons
Courthouse Swim has been the longtime leader in the area's youth swim development. As the only Swim America club in the region and the only program running full-hour lessons, swimmers develop faster and stronger than many other programs. With only one session per week, a 6 to 1 instructor to student ration, multiple locations, and convenient month-to-month lessons, our program is designed with the busy family in mind.
High Fitness
High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness moves. It combines fun (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with intensity (intervals, plyometrics, and cardio) with consistency (each song has specific, simple moves taught the same by all instructors) Together, they make a recipe for success, repeat participation, and results. High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There's no better way to describe it than "Body Sculpting Fun."
Club Dance
Club Dance is the most fun you've had in a gym. You want to enjoy your workout. Club Dance is a hip hop and pop music dance workout that feels more like a party than an exercise class. Club Dance is our answer to the misconception that you can't have fun and work out. Listen to your favorite songs on the radio then dance away the calories to those same popular hits. In Club Dance, you'll work out to Top 40 songs of every era of pop and hip hop. You'll hear songs that you know and love, songs that we know you'll love dancing to.
