Guest Accommodations
Like the human members of your family, your pets have unique tastes, temperaments, and social needs.
In order to meet those needs, our Kennel offers a variety of sleeping accommodations.
Each guest has his or her own room for sleeping, eating and relaxing.
All accommodations are separated from the room next door so your pets can relax without being disturbed by more active guests. Each room has a raised bed or bedding to rest on. All interior rooms, suites, and apartments are climate controlled for your pet's comfort and the outside areas are partially covered.
Accommodations
In order to make our Canine family members feel more at home, we provide several types of luxury accommodations:
Heated and Air-Conditioned Indoor/Outdoor Runs
Each run is opened every two hours from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. giving pets access to further exercise, fresh air, and a potty break. Room service is available as requested and complimentary treats are given twice daily if permitted by the owner.
Multiple Guest Families
Multiple Guest Families
Many of our guests enjoy the companionship of their other family members while staying at our facility. We understand this and are happy to accommodate our guests during their stay.
Private Suites
Luxury Suites
These suites span 5 feet by 8 feet; All pets are personally walked three times daily and receive one play time with their personal play person in our play yard; Background music is played to soothe and relax the guests; Room service is available as requested and complimentary treats are given twice daily if permitted by the owner.
Grand Suites
These suites are larger than our Luxury Suites and span either 5 feet by 10 feet or 5 feet by 12 feet; These suites are usually used for large dogs and multiple pets from the same family as requested; All pets are personally walked three times daily and receive one play time with their personal play person in our play yard; Background music is played to soothe and relax the guests; Room service is available as requested and complimentary treats are given twice daily if permitted by the owner.

Although we strive to return our Guests personal items in the condition in which they were received, given the nature and temperament of our Guests, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. It is our goal to make our Guests feel as at home at our facility as they would be in their own home. In order to facilitate that experience we allow for the following:
Guests staying in our standard runs
Owners may bring the Guests food, special treats, personal kennel, and a maximum of three (3) toys; If a personal kennel is not provided, we will supply a pet cot (w/ optional fleece cover) free of charge.
Guests staying in our suites
Owners may bring the Guests food, special treats, personal kennel, anything from home the guest may wish to have, and a maximum of three toys; If a personal kennel is not provided, we will supply a pet cot (w/ optional fleece cover) free of charge.
Day Care
Are you concerned for your pets well-being while you are away for the day at work or just running errands?
Is your pet destructive while you away? Does your pet get depressed while you are gone? Day Care may be the answer.
As a guest at our facility, your pet will be pampered with individualized care and affection.
Your pets day will be filled with stimulation, interaction, and play, as well as time to be quiet and relax. As dedicated pet lovers our staff will cater to your pets needs in a healthy and well controlled environment, allowing your pet to be happy in your absence.

Our daycare service is available
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Grooming
We offer an air-conditioned, grooming salon where each guest can receive a professional groom or bath before departure.
Our experienced grooming staff is very loving and gentle and provide their services not only for appearance but also for the overall health and happiness of your pet. Grooming is offered for both overnight guests and as an independent service without overnight boarding. We also accept the feline companion and those first time puppies. Our groomers are available for brief consultations to answer your grooming questions.
Our professionally trained groomers will be glad to take care of your pet’s grooming needs
whether that involves giving a bath, clipping nails, or providing a show quality trim. If you’re booking these services without boarding, please make the grooming reservation in advance to ensure your spot on the schedule.
A full service groom includes
a shampoo, blow dry, trim, ear cleaning, toe nail trimming and filing, external anal gland expression, sanitary trim and paw pad trim. Custom Cuts are also available.
Don't forget your feline!
All of our services are available for cats as our pet stylists are highly trained in styling and handling of cats as well as dogs.
Prices for baths and haircuts vary depending on the size and type of pet and the specific services requested.

Obedience Training
Although we do not offer obedience training at our facility at this time
we highly recommend Christensen Canine Training School for your obedience training needs. The school is conveniently located next door to our facility.
The training school is currently offering a beginner obedience class.
This class is a six week course that is held one time a week on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The class will teach you how to train your dog with basic obedience commands using positive reinforcement techniques. These commands include but may not be limited to sit, down, stand, stay, and come. It will also reinforce basic manners and behavioral problem prevention. Dogs must generally be 4 months old to participate. Younger dogs may be considered depending on previous training, breed type, and temperament.
You will be required to exercise your dog everyday for a minimum of 30 minutes to practice the given techniques.
At the end of the class a final exam will be given. If you and your dog pass the exam you will graduate and receive a graduation certificate.
Vaccines
Owners must present proof of vaccination at the first class. Advanced training is also available by special arrangement. Dogs must be free of any contagious disease, fleas and ticks, and current on the following vaccines:

When you arrive at the Kennel, please check in at the reception desk.
Shortly after you have checked in, you will be greeted by one of our wonderful staff who will check your pet in and take them to their room.
If you need assistance entering or exiting the building please let us know
and we will be happy to assist you.
For the protection of our clients and their pets
and in accordance with State and Local Regulations, we require that all clients keep their pets on a leash or in a cage while on the premises. Please do not hestiate to ask us if you need a leash.

Our luxury accommodations include both private suites for a quiet, more relaxed visit, as well as indoor/outdoor runs for the more athletic, out-going, interactive guests. All accommodations are fully heated and air-conditioned with clean quality bedding provided daily. Room service catered to your pet's taste and dietary needs as well a variety of complimentary treats are served as often as requested. Affection walks in a secured fenced area, and play time with your pet's personal play person are among the available amenities.
