This charming Bistro,“where everybody knows your name”, is a popular destination for locals, weekenders and visitors to the Litchfield Hills. For parties of 6 or more, it's a good idea to call ahead for a reservation, especially April through October weekends when Bistro's two terraces are open.
The owners are authors mom, Jacqui Heriteau and daughter, Holly Hunter Stonehill. The food weds an appetite for what's different inspired by Holly's years in the Caribbean and the cuisine of late, great, French Chef Papa/Grandpere Marcel Heriteau. Bistro soups are famous--and we serve gluten-free salads, casseroles and bakery items.
