t Core One, our mission is to help you feel great, stand tall and be strong. We foster an upbeat, positive and balanced approach to fitness for men and women of all ages, health and fitness levels. Using both traditional and non-traditional methods, we guide our clients through a variety of exercises that efficiently use the entire body. We believe, as Joseph Pilates did, in achieving maximum results without the mindless repetition found in so many other fitness routines, and we apply this methodology in all of our classes -- from Pilates to Barre to Circuit Training.Our philosophy is quite simple: We believe each client deserves special attention, no matter what. That's why our group classes are small enough to allow us to give clients the attention they deserve, making sure each client enjoys maximum benefits and results. The Pilates method of exercise is extremely adaptable, and we modify our workouts to accommodate many injuries and limitations. As clients develop skill and strength, we introduce more challenging exercises as we speed up the pace of the workouts.
