We offer 30-minute small group training (up to 6-8 people). You can expect to burn those calories in this class by doing various movements and keeping your heart rate up! Safety first! It would be best if you went through a consultation for eligibility.

Cardio HIIT Machine
Cardio HIIT Machine This 30-minute class is a high-intensity workout that will challenge you to burn calories and build strength and endurance. You will use a variety of cardio and strength machines while formatted music keeps you on track. The class starts with a warm-up, followed by high-intensity intervals. You will work your heart and lungs as you alternate between short bursts of intense activity and rest periods. The instructor and the music will guide you through the exercises, so you don't have to worry about counting reps or keeping track of time. Low Impact Sculpt

The class starts with a warm-up to get your body moving and your blood flowing. Then, you will move on to a series of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. After the strength-training exercises, you will cool down with some stretching. This will help your muscles recover and prevent soreness. Circuit Crush
Circuit Crush is designed to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular endurance. Moving quickly from one station to the next maximizes calorie burn, increases metabolism and builds lean muscle mass. During this class, you'll move through a series of 24 stations, each targeting different muscle groups or aspects of fitness. The class follows a structured interval format, with each exercise performed for 60 seconds, followed by a brief 20-second transition period while moving on to the next station. This setup ensures maximum intensity and elevates your heart rate for an efficient calorie burn. Each week is different, so you might encounter stations with dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls, or other functional training equipment. Additionally, bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks will challenge your strength and endurance.

Full Body Blast
Full Body Blast This 30-minute class combines full-body strength training with cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. You will be challenged to work your entire body, from your core to your limbs. The class is designed to be fun and challenging; you will leave feeling accomplished and energized. The class starts with a warm-up to get your body moving and your blood flowing. Then, you will move on to a series of strength-training exercises. These exercises will target all major muscle groups, including your chest, back, arms, legs, and core. The exercises are high-intensity, so that you will be working hard, but you will also be having fun. The class is designed to be challenging but safe for people of all fitness levels. The instructor will modify the exercises so that you can work independently.

Core Flex Balance Fusion is a 30-minute class that will enhance balance, flexibility, and core strength in one energizing session. We'll engage your core muscles through targeted exercises, enhancing overall stability and promoting a solid foundation for daily activities. All fitness levels are welcome.

45-Minute Full Body Resistance
45-Minute Full Body Resistance This 45-minute class is a great way to get a full-body workout. You will use dumbbells and a mat to work your major muscle groups, including your chest, back, arms, legs, and core. The class is designed to be challenging and not intended for beginners. The instructor will modify the exercises so that you can work independently. The class starts with a warm-up to get your body moving and your blood flowing. Then, you will move on to a series of strength-training exercises. These exercises will be done in circuits, each consisting of 1-2 sets. You will do each exercise for 15-20 repetitions, with little to no rest between exercises. After the strength-training exercises, you will cool down with some stretching. This will help your muscles recover and prevent soreness. The class is designed to hold up to 8 people, so you will have plenty of space to work out. The instructor will NOT be able to give you individual attention to help your form.

Core & Drills
Core & Drills is a 30-minute circuit of exercises that uses equipment and your body weight for resistance. Each station is 30-60 seconds long, and a core exercise is added to each set. This class is a great way to strengthen your core and improve your fitness. If you are new to exercise, you can modify the exercises as needed. If you are an experienced exerciser, you can challenge yourself by using heavier weights or increasing the intensity of the exercises.

Core and More Fitness is a locally owned Health and fitness company focusing on Movement-based training for a more functional and safe approach to personal training and group fitness. We look at health & fitness as a whole and strive to pay attention to every tiny detail that goes into getting you the results you want, from Injury Rehab/Prevention and corrective exercises to mobility and sports-specific training and even diet and nutrition, as well as high intensity "boot camp" style training. We offer a Free fitness consultation before starting any program or class. We aim to ensure you train safely and effectively and hold you accountable.
Fitness Consultation
Through a short survey and conversation, your trainer will take you through a basic assessment (push, pull, press, balance, and endurance test) to see which program works best for you. Consultations last 30-60 minutes. You must register and schedule before coming in.

Class Workouts

Fitness Consultation:
Duration: 30 to 60 minutes
Description: Meet with a certified personal trainer for a comprehensive fitness consultation. During this session, we will review your fitness goals and medical history. You'll undergo a series of movements to assess your strengths and weaknesses. To qualify for our classes, you must complete an endurance step test (100 feet) using Jacob's ladder. All new members are required to undergo this free consultation before starting.
Personal & Partner Training:
Duration: 30 & 50-minute one-on-one sessions
Description: Our fitness trainers tailor programs to fit your unique lifestyle. We focus on improving balance, endurance, strength, posture, and flexibility. We understand that every client's goals are distinct, and personal training is about providing individualized attention, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our clientele includes average professionals, men, women, and individuals committed to achieving their fitness objectives. Many people find staying motivated while working out alone challenging, so our personal training offers the accountability you need.
30-Minute Circuit Training:
