Hartford Court "Jennifer's," Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, CA 2011
Named in honor of co-proprietor Jennifer Hartford, this wine is defined by its power. Boysenberries, black tea, lavender are all featured followed by leather, black raspberries and anise. Very dense, but with fine tannins and a silky mouthfeel.
Dusted Valley, Petite Sirah, Wahluke Slope, WA 2014
You are welcome and encouraged to stain your teeth on this. This wine starts big; stays big; finishes big. Aromas of vanilla, baking spices, wood spice and pitch-black fruit are followed by pronounced fruit and barrel flavors.
DeLille "Doyenne," Syrah / Cabernet Sauvignon Blend, Red Mountain, WA 2014

Palmaz Vineyards "Amalia," Chardonnay - 2010
This chardonnay has robust layers of citrus aromas, caramel and rich tropical flavors from a revived historic winery in Napa Valley.
DeLille "Chaleur Estate Blanc," Magnum (1.5 liter) White Blend – 2014
An amazing nose of sweet Sauvignon Blanc grasses and Tuscan olives supports the pastry shop aromas of almond paste, cream, hints of pineapple, star fruit, key lime, grapefruit and Herbs de Provence. Maybe the best descriptor is "wow!" showing flavors that are rich and expansive. It's not all about the Sauvignon Blanc though – the Semillon is evident on the palate with guava, citrus honey and fig notes.
Lavaux St. Jacques is on the rocky slope on the far side of the Combe de Lavaux. This means that frost runs off, like rainwater, and the vines ripen better, while struggling with the rocky topsoil. The result is a wine of richness and length. The nose shows earth, almost sappy fruit, and a hint of wood. On the palate it is very fine, very elegant, enormously focused and long.
Long Shadows "Pirouette," Red Blend – 2014
Phillip Melka has crafted a multi-layered wine with aromas and flavors of dark fruits and hints of sweet oak, licorice and cocoa that gain complexity across the palate; richly textured, with refined tannins and a beautiful mouthfeel that provide a lengthy finish. This wine proves to be extremely deserving of the 94+ points from Wine Advocate.
Mt. Veeder sits at 1,800 feet in rugged volcanic terrain, and consistently produces some of the greatest Cabernet Sauvignons. This 100-point offering is full-bodied with layered dark fruit and an astounding finish.
Figgins "Estate Red," Red Blend – 2012
Seamless and long, complex and forceful without being overpowering, this Blend of Walla Walla fruit can stand proudly among top tier Bordeaux.
This release is distinguished by remarkable depth and rich texture. The ripe dark fruit is well supported by a luxurious, cashmere-esque mouthfeel.
Cardinale, Cabernet Sauvignon - 2010
Christopher Carpenter composes a powerful Cabernet, sourcing from the highest-prized hillside vineyards in Napa and Sonoma.
Betz Family Winery "Père De Famille," Cabernet Sauvignon – 2013
Bob Betz has devoted his life to creating wines of pleasure and great dimension. This merlot-dominant Blend demonstrates his devotion with ripe, refined fruit and elegant structure.
DeLille "D2," Magnum (1.5 liter) Red Blend – 2014
The 2014 D2 has a notable dark ruby color with magenta edges. There is a proliferation of red and black fruits on the nose and palate, including blackberries, cranberries, raspberries, pomegranates, black cherries and marionberries. Wrapped around these fruit characters is a presence of mint chocolate, black olive, cedar, toasty oak and vanilla. With bright acidity and good structure, this wine is extremely well built and offers a dollop of red fruit flavors in its lengthy finish.

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is the ideal venue to relish fresh farm-to-table local and regional bounty for lunch and dinner. The interior of the brand new 34-seat indoor dining room was designed by GGLO Seattle. The space is accented with 100% organic bamboo fabrics and hand-blown glass sculptures by renowned local artists. The focal point of the dining experience and what contributes predominantly to the room's unforgettable ambiance is the large stone fireplace. Plus large windows frame spectacular views of Cedarbrook's meticulously landscaped backyard and invite aromas from nearby cedar trees. Seasonal outdoor dining -- late spring to early fall -- on the 30-seat Copperleaf Terrace (in essence, Copperleaf's patio) is extraordinary -- made better only by the large wood-burning fireplace. Diners will appreciate their Seattle-Tacoma surroundings. In keeping with its quintessentially Northwest style, many food items are presented on artisanal hand-crafted serving pieces.
