His primary focus was to service hamburger stands that were too small to meet the minimum dollar amounts for delivery by other produce companies in Los Angeles. Though times have changed, our beliefs have not. Today, the CEO of Cooper's Cold Foods is Marshall's son, Adam Cooper, who follows the same business principles and practices. We still cater to the smaller locations, but now specialize in the service of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Family Service Restaurants (FSR).
