House Call service(s) to fix computer issues - system not operating properly or does not turn on, spyware/virus/malware infections, perform upgrades - hardware or software - to your existing system, install printers, fix or install wireless routers, printers and other devices. We perform networking problem solving and can fix file sharing issues. We ALSO insure all of your security protections are in place and working properly, and if not, provide the latest available (and usually free) programs to keep your system safe.
Product Needs
We also sell an array of products to support your system / office environment such as UPS / battery backup devices, internal or external BACKUP drives, keyboards, mouse, monitors, speakers, cables and most peripheral components.
Training
On-site individual or group training on all facets of your computer, it's software and hardware, networking to others in your environment. How to MAXIMIZE your effectiveness in using your computer programs. become MORE EFFICIENT in using the programs you have to SAVE TIME and MONEY.
Repairs
System repairs can be done on-site or off-site depending on the nature of the repair, whether parts need to be purchased or are in inventory. We repair desktops and laptops at a fair price and insure your system is working optimally upon it's return. Our average turn-around time is 48 hours depending on the repair. We are developing a series of Drop-Off Centers for your convenience.
Networking & Wireless
Services to purchase and/or install networks and networking equipment, in both wired and/or wireless modem, enable necessary interaction between specific systems and insure environment is secure with the latest available technology. Support to get external devices such as iPods, Gaming Systems and printers to work within your environment.
Build Or Buy
We help you in the decision making process on upgrading your current system and/or purchasing a new(er) system. We can provide analysis on available solutions to your computing needs and make recommendations specific to your requirements. We can CUSTOM BUILD systems to meet your specific needs, or provide a hardware / software solution using one of our system partners such as Lenovo, Dell or HP. We also "build to order" desktop and server computers.
