Burn Strength Define; CSC Group Training is designed for optimal fat burning, we focus on movement quality and combine strength drills with high intensity interval training (HIIT) so you get results- fast. Plus, our fitness coaches are there to help you get better with each workout. All fitness levels can participate together, working at individual paces toward individual goals in a supportive team atmosphere.
