The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength and balance and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Bodypump & CX
A powerful combination of traditional resistance training and functional core training! 30 minutes of BodyPump followed by 30 minutes of CXWorx.
Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music with a variety of exercises used to increase muscular strength and range of motion for daily living. Hand-held weights, tubing and a ball used for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Silver Sneakers Circuit: Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with weights, tubing and balls is alternated with NON-impact aerobic choreography. Use a chair for supported stretching and relaxing exercises.
Feel the rhythm of Latin style music using a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. Have fun getting fit as you shake your hips to Salsa, Merengue, Belly Dance and more! Come and join the party!
Amp up your heart rate as you dance to all your favorite hits. A dance-inspired fitness workout drawing from concepts of all different genres of dance. While you'll learn choreography in this class, the focus will be more about keeping the heart rate up than perfecting technique. The goal is fitness & fun! No prior dance experience required.
A cardio class designed to mimic road rides, focusing on intensity and essential training principles. Appropriate for all levels. Arrive 10 minutes early to allow for proper bike fit. Interval, Endurance, Strength and Instructor Choice classes on the schedule.
Approximately 30 minutes of studio cycling followed by an express version of BodyFlow, including core & flexibility training.
A condensed version of the full-length cycle class. A great way for beginners to get a taste of cycling and perfect for experienced cyclist short on time. All levels.
A class designed for those who want a straight-forward workout. Nothing tricky, just sweaty!
Instructor-created, fun & easy-to-follow traditional cardiovascular step training.
A mat Pilates workout focusing on improving core strength and stabilization through instruction on proper form and technique. Classes may incorporate props such as the stability ball, roller and resistance bands to enhance the standard mat Pilates exercises. All levels welcome.
Boxing and karate concepts combined with punch/kick combinations on the bag. Gloves are mandatory for hand and wrist protection.
Same training concepts and combinations as TKO Bag with additional core strength and flexibility work at the end to balance your workout.
Basic, low impact and FUN! A cardiovascular and muscular challenge all in one workout! A variety of fitness equipment is used.
This class has it all! 30-40 minutes of low impact cardiovascular training followed or mixed with strength, balance and flexibility training.
Traditional resistance training exercises fused with integrated functional training, designed to make you strong from the inside out. Learn how to use multiple fitness toys along with your own bodyweight for a powerful, effective workout!
Colonial Fitness - Children's Activity Center
The CHB Sports, Inc. Children's Centers are short-term care facilities for infants through 12 years old. Parents are welcome to use the centers while participating in activities at the bowling & fitness centers. These are NOT licensed childcare facilities, but an effort is made to maintain a ratio of 1 staff member to 10 children. Our goal is to provide all children a safe environment in which to play. And also create a fun program through a variety of activities that meet the needs of children and infants (including changing/bottle feeding) by a responsible and caring staff member. Effective June 1, 2011 - $2.00 per child (2 hr time limit).
Unacceptable behavior and language are not permitted in the centers.
Children are NOT permitted in the center if they have tested positive for any infectious disease. These children should not return to the center until they have tested negative and/or until medical treatment has been completed. For the well-being of the other children and staff, please do not use the centers when a child is ill.
Before children are allowed into the Children's Centers, a parent or an adult is required to provide information on the sign in/out form and pay the amount due.
This money is used for the general maintenance of the centers. Unless previous arrangements have been made, children will NOT be released to anyone other than the person who signed them in.
All items (diaper bags, bottles, cups, etc.) brought into the center should be labeled with the child's name.
Children's Center staff will not be responsible for items that become lost or broken.
A snack is provided once during each shift.
If a snack is sent in by parents, it will be given to the child during group snack time. Staff will NOT spoon feed infants or toddlers.
A variety of toys are available for the children.
Videos (G rated), children's TV programming and cartoons will be shown in the centers. Additional activities such as crafts and games will be provided at the discretion of the staff members.

Info About Children's Activity Center
Colonial Fitness/Berks Lanes Children's Activity Center (CAC) is a supervised play room, NOT a day care. Parents/Guardians are not to leave the Berks Lanes/Colonial Fitness premises for any reason while their child is in our care. Our CAC staff is an experienced group of care providers offering a variety of activities to entertain your child while you workout or go bowling. Only children of patrons of Colonial Fitness and Berks Lanes are permitted in the center. For your protection and that of your child, all parents/guardians are required to sign their child in and out with each visit and pay the amount due. Unless previous arrangements have been made, children will NOT be released to anyone other than the person who signed them in. All items (diaper bags, bottles, cups etc) brought into the center should be labeled with the child's name. CAC is not responsible for items that become lost or broken. 2 Hours maximum. Bowling patrons may drop off their child 15 minutes before bowling start time and pick up immediately at conclusion of league bowling. Please be mindful to not exceed this limit.

Diapers will be changed upon request of the parent. Otherwise, you will be called to change your child.
Ill children are not accepted into the center. This includes runny noses, coughs, fever or flu symptoms. There are NO exceptions to this policy. Colonial Fitness will do it's best to provide a sick-free environment and we ask your full cooperation. If you child has allergy complications, we request doctor documentation. Children's Activity Center staff cannot administer medications.
Although rare, if a child is unable to follow the CAC rules, parents will be paged and asked to remove the child from the room. Habitual misbehavior will result in the child being denied Children's Activity Center privileges. CAC reserves the right to refuse a child's admittance for the safety, security, and enjoyment of all the children in our care. CAC staff is responsible for maintaining an environment beneficial to their well being. Aggressive or abusive behavior by any child will be addressed by the staff and parent will be notified. CAC staff asks that parents encourage their children to help pick up their toys. Doing this helps us keep the room hazardous free and teaches children responsibility skills.
Berks Lanes Parents
a camera is being used for a remote viewing monitor in the bowling center to allow parents who are in the bowling center to observe their children. There is one monitor located at the bowling counter.

One-on-One Personalized Training
Your Personal Trainer is your coach, role model, educator and motivator.
They are there for you whether you want constant supervision 2 or 3 times a week or only on occasion to update your exercise program.
Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers.
Clients are given a detailed orientation that addresses the cardiovascular, strength and flexibility components of the exercise program.
