(Mini Blinds $7 extra/each) Pulling appliances where possible (stove, etc) and clean under, behind and around Hand brush cabinet & drawer knobs Steam or chemical clean baseboards Disassemble & reassemble lighting fixtures when feasible Thorough cleaning of security screen door(s) Damp clean of blinds, shutters & verticals Does not include floor specialty cleaning, ie, carpet cleaning, or garage. If deemed heavy soil. a surcharge will be assessed, upon customer approval. Consider Add-On's like Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing. Carpet Cleaning will be discounted if added to Vacancy Cleaning.
