Our pizza is baked at more than 800 degrees in custom woodstone pizza oven with the best of the stone being over 500 degrees! The artisanal dough and heat result in a crispy outside and a soft fresh-bread inside texture. This represent the Neapolitan style pizza that has been made in Italy for centuries, where fresh ingredients are allowed to speak of themselves.
