During a 50-minute Group Strength session, expect to use a mix of equipment - everything from medicine balls and drive sleds to kettlebells and free weights - to tone muscle, improve core stability, increase overall strength, and burn fat. Focused on functional movements and designed in a circuit or superset format, a Group Strength session is one of the most effective ways to change your body for the better and should be your number one priority when working out with us.
