Kanchiku Sake
Kanchiku is handmade sake. The name Kanchiku means 'Cold Bamboo' as it is brewed in low temperatures typical to the mountainous region of Nagano. The aroma is wonderful and the sake is sweet, fruity and smooth.It is rich and rather interesting as there is slight salty taste to it. The sake offers a nice clean finish and is dry. alcohol 16%. Kikusui Junmai Ginjo
Special brew using 100% highly-polished Gohyakumangoku sake rice, which is fermented over a long period of time at a low temperature. The fragrance and rich savor special to Kikusui's pure rice sake, as well as its lightness and smoothness. Alcohol 16%. SMV +1.0
