Signature Truffles
Our signature truffles are crafted in small batches using all natural ingredients. We make them fresh daily so we can deliver the freshest best tasting products possible. We have a passion for chocolate and these truffles truly show off what we believe. Each box contains the following flavors. Blackberry Locally sourced blackberries are reduced and infused in a 55% dark chocolate ganache. Himalayan Pink Salt Caramel Our handmade all natural caramel with a dash of Himalayan pink salt layered on a bed of dark chocolate ganache. It doesn't get better. Dark Chocolate + Simple but complex. Elegant yet insanely smooth and rich. The defining classic. Double Shot Latte + A national award winner! Coffee infused in a 55% ganache, coated in white chocolate and dusted with cocoa. Starry Night Our darkest truffle. We use a 72% dark chocolate coverture ganache and coat it in a dark chocolate shell decorated to look like a night sky. German Chocolate Cake We've managed the impossible. Duplicating the flavor of the cake in a confection. Hazelnut Hazelnut beurre de noisette infused in our 34% milk chocolate ganache. Divine! Key Lime For a true taste of Florida, we infuse natural key lime juice in white chocolate ganache and finish it off to look a bit like a lime. Lavender Almond + One of our botanical creations we blend natural almond with a lavender infused milk chocolate ganache. Milk Chocolate Based on a 34% milk chocolate, a classic truffle for those who like their chocolate lighter. Peanut Butter Milk We blend an all natural peanut beurre de noisette in a 34% milk chocolate ganache. Raspberry + Our tried and true classic.
