CO-OP makes dining a "creative exercise" by combining inventive American cuisine by Executive Chef John Keller (Le Bernardin, Nobu) with an authentic New York experience that indulges your soul, as much as your appetite. CO-OP pairs high quality interpretations of modern American cuisine with an extensive selection of sushi, sashimi, and other raw items overseen by sushi chef Stephen "Neo" Wong (Sushi of Gari, Megu, Sushi Hana). Drinks at CO-OP will be just as much a culinary adventure as the food. Master Mixologist Julio Torres, visits local markets to source the best vegetables, fruits, and herbs to utilize in our seasonal cocktails and infusions. The wine list features solely American wines as a reflection of our locally sourced and sustainable philosophy. All wines will are available by the glass, Quartino, and bottle; CO-OP also serves a full list of microbrews and sakes.
