Existing faculty and staff who would like to meet with a benefits counselor in a confidential, one-on-one setting to discuss their benefits are asked to schedule a meeting to discuss insurance and/or retirement.
Faculty Exit Interview (30 min)
The exit interview survey provides departing faculty with the opportunity to provide feedback about their experience at Clemson University. Exit interviews are voluntary; however they are strongly encouraged.
International Employment (30 min)
HR representatives are available to assist international faculty, staff and students with the following services: Employment eligibility verification, employment eligibility re-verification, and related tax.
New Employee Benefits Counseling (1 hr)
New employees may request a 1-hour session designed to assist them with making benefit and retirement elections. Eligibility is based on position and employment status. There is a 30 day deadline from the date of hire to make benefit elections.
Separation Exit Interview (30 min)
Separation interviews scheduled on Monday or Tuesday will be done over the phone. The separation interview provides departing faculty and staff with the opportunity to provide feedback about their experience at Clemson University.
