DO drink minimum of 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day at least 1 week prior to receiving first body wraps; continue this habit forever!
DO ensure that you practice a healthy lifestyle (Including your diet!) to maintain the inches lost.
DO drink at least half your daily allotment of water before drinking anything else (but DON'T Drink anything within 2 hours of receiving wrap - so you don't need to "go" while wrapped.)
DO use MAINTAIN Cream each day after a bath or shower.
DO ensure that you perform enzymatic exfoliation a home at least 3 times a week.
DO ensure (if you are sensitive to niacin) that you are not using any tanning creams, or vitamins that contain niacin 2 days prior to the wrap.
DO consider doing n internal detoxification program to enhance the cellulite and inch loss.
DON'T allow yourself to be wrapped if you
Have a heart condition (specifically conditions requiring coumadin), epilepsy, have had cancer that is not in remission or are pregnant or nursing.
DON'T use any lotions or creams the day of your wrap.
DON'T shave the day of your wrap.

Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a procedure that removes individual hairs from the face or body. A fine electric probe is inserted into the hair follicle at the surface of the skin to destroy the growth of the hair with chemical or heat energy. There are many factors that influence hair growth, meaning that in order to ensure that all the unwanted hairs are completely and permanently removed from the face or body, there will need to be several visits. The total number of sessions needed to remove hair permanently will vary from person to person, depending on the particular area(s) AND the amount of time spent on each session, but once the hairs are removed, they will be gone forever. The Electrolysis method does not cause much discomfort, but may feel a bit of tingly. A topical anesthetic may be applied in advance to temporary numb the area before the procedure is taken place.
