Course Pescription: Ok, pay up! That is in calories and sweat! If-you've followed my workouts, then you know I am detailed. This class hits it g all ...we will tone and transform each mayor muscle at the max calorie burn that you can achieve! You will be introduced and educated on free weights, air ropes, stability 4 balls, versa bars, and so much more. We will achieve our goal s thru interval training ...take notes what's interval 4 training? It's simple: combine strength then cardio cardio then strength... less intense to more intense. It's how we layer the workout and it is never duplicated! I want you to be challenged and pay attention to your body! This is TOTAL BODY TUITION!
Boot Camp

Cardio Drills
Course Description: Ok this is a test .. how many times have you been walking, doing steps, or cleaning and stopped because you were winded and need a rest? Many I'm sure.... we all have. In this "LAB" we will put you to the test through heart rate monitoring. I encourage all participants to wear a heart rate monitor in this class. In this class we make group exercise personal. This will guide you to proper cardio conditioning! How will we get your heart rate up? With many things: kick box, air ropes, boot camp, circuits, believe me my staffand I know group exercise and we WILL deliver a strong cardio workout! We all work together to see results. Imagine this .. there's a check point in class, you look at your monitor, now we talk quickly, push each other, and encourage that next step, that next checkpoint, to show you that you did it! You got your heart rate up and kept it there! We monitor you safely and effectively. This is CARDIO LAB.
Yoga
Course Description: By definition it is a series of postures that promote spiritual unity with a supreme being. Ok now what does it mean to you? For me, it is a fundamental tool in my everyday existence. 1 am a true believer in chakra balancing, meditation and the daily practice of yoga. Yoga has been around for some say over 5000 years. its home is India though it flourished here in the 1960's. Yoga will tone, strengthen and align the body through breathing and postures. Yoga will promote blood flow and guide all bodily systems to complete health, as well as quiet and calm the mind. This class is for all ayes and all fitness levels. It is a way of life, but don't be intimidated. Yoga is simply a barefoot journey, one that will help you in your uest for inner peace. This is YOGA.

Students have had great success with this class, and have seen very eye appealing - results. 3 sets of weights and resistance bands are used to push you to your personal strength gains and max resistance. We work through several exercises that transform your biceps, give you sexy shoulders, back, and chest, and we must never forget our triceps (the lovely part of the female arm that left neglected will become your wings!). Abs is always a part of this class. It is always different. We may kick it up with cardio for max calorie burn or keep it more "101" until you know you really get it. We will continue to educate students on why we do what we do to the beautiful thing that is your body! This Is HONORS ARMS/ARMS 101
" 24"
Kettle Bell
Course Description: This is true training not just group exercise. When kettle bells first started showing up in the gym I was not sold, so I took several classes, trained with 2 of the best male leaders in this industry, and then got certified. I am a true believer in the sport and it is such a simple tool. Russian born some 100 years ago, made popular 5 years ago thru military law enforcement and athletes, kettle bells range from about 2-100 lbs. This is a functional, whole body conditioning, which forces the entire body (specifically the core) to contract as a group, building strength and stability at the same time. You need quality time and effort to master this sport, but wow what results! Arms, glutes, legs, core, it hits them all! I do recommend the use of wrist guards. This is KETTLEBELL.

Deb
Eleven years ago I found myself on a life transfer from young lady to mom.
They were self made wounds, but it took family, friends, a husband, and finally a photo for me to get what was going on. I was losing my hair. I was weak as hell. I had no muscle tone. You could serve soup in my clavicle bones...LOL! It was my Dr.'s plea telling me I was killing myself that pushed me to take the next step of therapy (un-medicated I am proud to say.) And in 1 intense year of eating disorder therapy I learned to eat again. This journey has done more for me than I can ever express. But I overcame.... reached the top of a huge mountain and at that top I found another hill to climb and it continues to this very day.
I never take my success, my body, or my tragedies for granted.
Yes, even the bad stuff, the shit that has taken me from pitiful to grateful. I worked to acquire my first certification in this industry in group exercise then I built my resume from there to include Pilate's, kickboxing, yoga, personal training, Zumba, dance, balletone, urban striptease, kettle bell, silver sneakers, hip hop, weight training, outdoor boot-camp, chakra therapy, and a list of continuing education courses and so much more...OK, you get it, I have done my homework.
I have put 11 years of sweat equity into my passion ..."fitness".
This journey has been MY lesson in fitness. And now with the support of my best friend and husband Greg, I have my own studio! We awoke on March 12, 2010 determined to make my dream come true. That evening we saw the location that now will be home to The ClassRoom!
I thank every single man, woman, and child that has ever been apart of my classes, programs or training.
This is it! This is the place to be! We promise you the best facility, the best educated instructors, the best equipment, and a building relationship that we will create class after class, and session after session!
I will continue my dedication to the Austintown Local Schools.
I look forward to another year with each school and the Fitness Center members. We hope to see our community center members at The ClassRoom. As an incentive, we are committed to making monthly donations to the center, in order to allow for improvements to our center to better train our residences and athletes.
Welcome To The ClassRoom Aerobics, Spinning and Training Studio!
Alaina
My name's Alaina and I am a teacher to the core!
My full time job is teaching students with special needs but my favorite hobby is teaching fitness classes! I am a certified fitness instructor with Maddogg certification, group fitness, and CPR First Aid certification.
I love teaching Kettlebell, Spinning and Bootcamp and am always looking for ways to keep class fresh and engaging.
I grew up playing team sports, from softball as a child then volleyball and basketball in middle and high school. I currently coach volleyball at the middle school level in my school district. It is a true pleasure and a challenge to work with girls who do not have much of a fitness background and lead them to grow through health and sportsmanship.
Personally, I have dealt with many minor but chronic health issues, including a hypothyroid, scoliosis and food allergies.
Although these different issues often lead to fatigue and drive people away from exercise, fitness is the one thing that has truly improved my energy level and quality of life. The ClassRoom is the place to find your inspiration and learn how to improve your life!
Amanda
Hi! I'm Amanda, full time trainer, instructor, blogger, and owner of Manda Bee's headbands.
I have a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies which lead me to Thailand where I studied philosophy, yoga (and Thai cooking!) in 2009. Yoga was my first true love which opened up the door to health and fitness for me. I am now an ACE certified personal trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Spinning instructor. I currently teach yoga, Pilates, Step, Bodyweight, Spinning, Bootcamp, Butts & Gutz, Abs & Core.
I strive to develop my classes to be fresh, fun, and challenging for everyone at any fitness level... if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
I believe that when given the right tools, anyone can succeed in adopting a healthy, active lifestyle, and at The ClassRoom we do just that -- we are a giant support group for one another.
I love being a part of the ClassRoom family and helping you guys achieve your goals!
Corinn
My name is Corinn, I am 26 years old and a proud morn to the most active 1 year old you may ever meet.
I am also an extremely proud military wife to the best husband, father and best friend I could ever be blessed with.
I have always struggled with my weight and have always had a love hate relationship with my body.
I began my journey towards the end of my pregnancy with my one and only child. I have never been considered a "small girl" and prior to being pregnant I had peaked to the highest weight I have ever been. After gaining an additional 50 lbs with my son I realized I needed to make some serious lifestyle changes, not only for myself but for my new family.
One day I woke up and decided to RUN! Struggling as a new runner, it took me months to build up my endurance.
April 2013 I was introduced to the amazing world of spin and fell in LOVE! The past year I have dedicated my new life, loving and caring for my family and more importantly loving and caring for myself and my health. If you cannot love yourself, then how can you love and care for others?
I look forward to learning from everyone and at the same time challenge and help you achieve your goals both physically and mentally.
Jen
My fitness career started right out of high school and pretty much on accident!
I loved lifting weights and showing my friends exercises and proper form. I was good at it, but I wanted to get better at it and more educated. I decided to take fitness and nutrition courses, as well as group exercise, and little by little I started teaching my own classes.
I fell in love with the gym! I eventually got certified as a personal trainer and furthered my knowledge.
Ten years later I'm still at it and I'm determined to get better and better. I love being in front of my class and we're all working hard, sweating, and lifting those weights! I'm always smiling and I enjoy making my classes fun and challenging. I mean I'm an actor after all, so entertaining is in my blood. So when I'm not kicking ass on stage or behind the camera, I'm kicking ass in class!
Cindy
My passion for being an aerobics instructor developed when I was a member at Bodyworks in Austintown.
I became good friends with some of the instructors there and it was evident within our conversations that I also was excited about teaching. I just needed the right push from the right people. Soon after that I began to volunteer to teach to build up my confidence level.
After that, I opened the books to study for my certificate to become a teacher.
It's great getting paid for something I love to do. I love to motivate people to exercise and show them how it can make you feel better on the inside as well as the outside. I've held a full-time position at Northside Medical Center for 30+ years, but it's my part-time teaching position that makes me shine.
