Our recipes have been handed down to us from our parents and grandparents, who used the artisanal cooking traditions of Italy (particularly the southern regions and Sicily). Our homemade fillings feature the freshest seasonal ingredients from local Dallas purveyors. We originally sold only to Dallas’ finest restaurants, but now our handmade Italian foods are also available for walk-in customers and special orders.
Some of our 20-plus specialty ravioli flavors include traditional beef with spinach and romano cheese; smoked chicken with red bell peppers; veal with marsala-seasoned mushrooms; nutty pumpkin in striped chili pasta; goat cheese with spinach and basil; and shrimp with basil and green onions.
