We roast premium Virginia Redskin Peanuts and blanched Virginia peanuts in small batches and craft them with gourmet flavors for munching, salads and pairing with beverages. Packaged in a resealable, kraft stand-up pouch. Unless noted, all of our nuts are roasted in peanut oil.

Brewer's Series
Boise is a craft beer town and we like to collaborate with brewers to create nuts for pairing with your favorite style of beer. We use fresh hops, malts and beer to make beer drinking even better. Packaged in a resealable, kraft stand-up pouch. Unless noted, all of our nuts are roasted in peanut oil. Our Brewer's Series chocolate bars are loaded with nuts roasted in Payette Brewing beer and hops. Incredible!

Brittles
Crunchy, hand-pulled brittles that are loaded with fresh-roasted nuts. Choose from peanuts, almond, cashew, pecan and pistachio. Made fresh and pulled by hand to be thin and crunchy. 1/2 pound packaged in a nice kraft box with label. Nuts in the brittle are roasted in peanut oil and processed on equipment used for both peanuts and tree nuts.
