This 60-minute class is our introduction to the Aerial Arts. Designed for people who either dream of running away with the circus or who just want a unique whole body workout. This class is a combination of aerial tricks and conditioning on the trapeze and fabric -- building strength and comfort while inverted.
Flexibility & Stretch
This 90-minute Cirque 101 class is for Anybody with Any Body who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while at the same time building muscle control and balance.
AcroFit/Intro to Handstands
This 60-minute Cirque 101 class will increase your bodies awareness, coordination, balance and strength through acrobatics. This class focused on development in hand balancing and basic tumbling technique, the fundamentals of momentum, rotation and acrobatic coordination are examined.
