Ciro's Ristorante and Pizzeria was opened in 1966 by Anna and Jerry Mozzarella. The Mozzarella moved to the desert after many years as owners and operators of successful Italian Restaurants in New Jersey.
Over the years other family members joined in the growth of the business. The menu was developed by request of the customers, so everything that is available is tried and accepted over the many years. Anna and Jerry's success is due to their having paid exceptional attention to the choosing of the freshest ingredients and the daily preparation of food in the best manner possible with consistency.
