The Cincinnati Bar is located in the Kern Place District on Cincinnati Avenue in El Paso, TX, a popular dining and entertainment area with a teeming nightlife. Just a short walk from the Don Haskins Center, the Sun Bowl, and other UTEP venues, the bar caters to a college crowd, sports fans and professionals.
