humley’s Restaurant originally opened in 1972. This old-English style restaurant was modeled after the Queen’s Pub in Copenhagen Denmark. It was the ideal background for relaxed dining with an atmosphere composed of soft leather, cherry wood, pewter and cut glass.
The restaurant was given the name Chumley’s to give the feel of a gentlemen’s club. Back when Chumley’s first opened, Chumley’s was known for its flambé dishes and tableside cooking. Although 10 years ago, tableside cooking was stopped, Chumley’s still kept the same principal of good food in a comfortable atmosphere.
