Christopher learned his love for cooking through strong family ties. The importance of coming together through great food and family meals is still a huge part of his life. His family still has Sunday pasta every week – just like his grandmother made for 70 years.He gained valuable knowledge by managing area restaurants and in 1997 opened his own restaurant in Sea Isle City, NJ. He owned Sharks Restaurant at 36th Street and Landis Avenue for seven years and became known for his New England Clam Chowder and Signature Crab Cakes. He won many awards at Shore Point Chowder contests and festivals. Sharks had also prepared all the food and catering for the Sea Isle Yacht Club.In August 2010, he opened Christopher. He is proud to bring his food and vision to the area where he grew up and currently resides.
