Cuban born of Chinese parents, the Chong brothers never imagined their world would turn upside down after their mother first open a restaurant in Carson, California (at the time called ‘Golden Star’), since each of them had totally different aspirations. Our goal is to offer Chinese cuisine that not only is healthy, but above all, delicious. Our classically trained chef and his wok-skilled assistants know the importance of freshness & quality, consequently we appreciate the responsibility of ensuring the highest standards.
