7:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Instructor/Therapist: Olive (sub). Sensual "floor work" - (60 minute class) A class that is a fabulous workout on the floor with minimum pole. Love to dance on the pole but never know what to do once you land on the floor? Sensual floor-work will teach you how to transition down to the floor, along the floor, and how to get up like a goddess! You will sometimes learn a routine and be encouraged to "make it your own." You will learn sexy crawling, sensual/sexy moves you can do without the pole and on the floor. The movement is slow, sensual, and oh so delicious! Be prepared to work your flexibility, core, strength, and of course, your 'sexy'. Must have taken a couple of pole classes before attending floorwork.
