Hugo and Sabrina, both from France, met in California. Hugo from the Loire Valley, moved to L.A. in the eighties, where he worked in the restaurant industry such as Le Dome, Geoffrey's, etc.
Sabrina, born in the North of France, came to California 4 years later and worked as a makeup artist for Chanel and Christian Dior. But she always had a passion for baking. To follow their common passion for refined artisanal cuisine and after many requests, they decided to open Chocolatine tearoom in 2004. They are dedicated to personalized and friendly customer service in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
