Punching and kicking techniques from the perspective of a martial arts discipline are emphasized, along with learning how to take down an attacker. It is recommended that participants dress in normal workout clothing, including sweatpants and loose fitting gear, and be barefoot when partaking in this class. Please keep in mind that the wearing of jewelry is not permitted.
