Chef Nina Wong grew up immersed in the diverse flavors of Asia. Born in Vietnam to Chinese parents and raised in the United States, she learned to create dishes that reflect the essence of Asia. When Nina met Thomas Gnanapragasam the two combined forces in not only matrimony but cooking as well. Thomas’ ethnic Indian heritage and upbringing in Malaysia stood as the ideal comp- lement to Nina’s Chinese and Vietnamese background.
