For more than 18 years, Chile Verde has been dedicated to bringing the flavor of "the land of enchantment" to Central Ohio. The cuisine of New Mexico is a blending of three cultures: Spanish, Anglo, and Native American. It tends to be spicier and more flavorful than Mexican cuisine, with the green chile (the translation for Chile Verde!) being the defining ingredient.
