Tofu Salad
a delightfully crisp and fresh salad mix of
cherry tomatoes, mixed peppers, purple
cabbage, radish shots, mixed lettuce and
soft tofu, toped with an in house salad
dressing this salad is a definite winner, goes

the chiba-salad consist of the a mixed
salad of lettuce, peppers, purple cabbage,
green vegetables leaf, cherry tomatoes,

a healthy dish made from combining gobo
root bulldog vegetable root and calots the
ingredients are combined and shouted in
sesame oil and chilly pepper sauces.
garnished with sesame seeds, this is a high
fiber dish prised in japan for aiding the
digestion process. try with green tea or a
nice cold juice.

Japanese Rib Eye Steak
the highest quality rib aye steak, seasoned
and grilled over an open flame, then cut into
tender juicy bite size pieces perfect for
picking at with your chop sticks. served on an
hot iron skillet on a bed of steaming sliced
onions. garnished with ground radish and
green onions, an in house recipe ponsu is a
perfect companion for dipping.

skewered grilled and dipped in special tare.
a unique rich texture and taste. goes very
well with a nice cold draft.

thin slices of pork belly on seasoned

About Us
Koji started his own restaurant business in San Francisco about 23 years ago. The
name of his first restaurant venture was The Ramen Club after a substantial success
in the Bay Area he had the opportunity to expand and open his second restaurant,
The Kaimuki Grill. Again through his demanding quality control, work ethics and
unwillingness to compromise his recipes through the use of inferior ingredients, he
was again able to expand to a third restaurant two years ago, Chibaken of Hawaii.
