Thirty five years ago, Jean-Francois and his wife Sylvie arrived to Alberta from Montreal with a Fine Dining & French cooking background. Ever since, Jean-Francois has seen his passions evolve. His love for great food is still going strong and he is looking forward to the flexibility that the All Day Breakfast business offers (7am till 3pm daily), leaving most evening for private events, parties and functions.
Chef Francois: “Canmore has so much to offer; I never have enough hours in my day to go out and play! Being a father of 5 kids and a grandfather of 2, shorter business hours will allow a better lifestyle and more play time outside of the kitchen!”
