Cheen Huaye is the creation of executive chef Marco Velaszquez and his wife, Magna Vieira. Marco is a native of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula and after working as a chef in some of South Florida's finest restaurants, he decided to cook what he loves. hat is the meaning of our name 'Cheen-Hauye' (pronounced Chen-why-ay). Chef Marco velasquez is proud to bring you fresh, made to order, regional Yucatecan cuisine, in an environment as inviting as the food is delicious. Whether it is his own creation, or a family favorite passed down through the generations, Chef Marco creates dishes that can be appreciated by all.
