I was born and spent my childhood years in a town outside of Napoli called Avellino. During the beginning of my teenage years, I immigrated to the U.S. with my Mother. We landed in New York and settled in town where I than got my first job in the kitchen. I worked my way up through the years in New York kitchens learning all of the ropes and bringing of course the food knowledge from home that my Mother taught me. In the mid 70's I opened my very first restaurant. Since than I have journeyed through many states opening over 25 Italian restaurant's serving food with many homemade recipes.
